Attirely

Omnichannel shopping and membership in one app. Browse a shoppable catalogue, earn points across every store, redeem with a QR at the till, and track every order — with one loyalty balance that follows the shopper from the shop floor to the app. We shaped the concept and designed it for iOS and Android.

An illustrative concept — a sample case study showing how we'd approach Fashion & Retail, not a delivered client project.

The context

Shoppers move between store and app. Most apps don’t.

A fashion shopper browses online, tries on in the store, and expects their points, size and saved looks to follow them everywhere. Too often the app and the shop floor are two disconnected worlds — points reset, stock is a guess, and a member price online means nothing at the till.

Attirely imagines one continuous experience: a shoppable catalogue, a single membership account, live stock across stores and a QR that redeems in person — so the customer meets one brand, not two systems.

The challenge

Make loyalty and stock feel like one truth.

Retail lives on the loyalty loop and honest inventory. Split a shopper’s points across channels, or show them out-of-stock when a size is on the shelf across town, and you lose both the sale and the trust in the same tap.

So the concept centres on one balance and one stock number: membership that reads the same in-store and in-app, redemption that works at the till, and a catalogue backed by live availability across every outlet — the depth of a retail system with the feel of a consumer app.

Skills

What we brought to it.

Product strategy

Framing the omnichannel journey so buying in-store and in-app feel like one experience.

UX / UI design

Flows, wireframes and a polished, editorial interface that makes browsing and buying effortless.

Prototyping

Interactive prototypes to pressure-test the catalogue, checkout and points-redemption flows.

iOS & Android app

One native-quality shopping app delivered on both platforms.

Loyalty & membership

A tiered points programme that carries the same balance across every store and the app.

Design system

A shared pink colour, type and component system across every screen.

What we built

Six things, one shopping app.

01

Shoppable catalogue

Browse the full range with lookbooks, filters and product detail, then add to a cart and check out without ever leaving the app.

02

Membership & points

A single loyalty account with tiers — every purchase earns points that unlock rewards and member prices as the shopper moves up.

03

In-store QR redemption

Scan a QR at the till to cash in points, vouchers and member pricing in-store, with the balance kept in step with online.

04

Order tracking

Clear status steps from confirmed to packed to on the way to delivered, so a shopper always knows where their order is.

05

Stock lookup across stores

Check live availability of a size and colour across every outlet, then reserve for pickup or ship it from the store that has it.

06

Your profile & wallet

One place for saved items, order history, member tier and vouchers — the shopper’s whole relationship with the brand in a tap.

Under the hood

One balance, one live catalogue.

The screens are simple; the plumbing is not. Behind the catalogue sit a single loyalty ledger, live inventory across every outlet, QR redemption that reconciles in-store and online, an order state-machine and personalised feeds — each designed to ship natively on both platforms.

One loyalty ledger

Points, tiers and rewards on a single account — the same balance in-store and in-app.

Cross-store stock

Live availability across outlets and the warehouse, so the app shows what is really there.

QR redemption

Scan-to-redeem at the till, reconciled against the same online points balance.

Order state-machine

Confirmed → packed → on the way → delivered, reflected consistently across the app.

Personalised feeds

Home and category feeds ranked from the sizes, fit and brands a shopper actually buys.

Native iOS & Android

One product, both platforms, one design system.

“One points balance, one catalogue, one brand — everywhere the shopper meets it.”

Design system

One pink, a lot of polish.

A confident pink marks every action — shop, redeem, track, join — against clean white surfaces and generous space, so the product photography leads and the interface stays out of the way.

The outcome

A shopping app where store and online are one experience — points that follow the shopper, stock that tells the truth, and a QR that turns a member price into a tap at the till.

FAQ

About the project.

What is Attirely?

Attirely is an illustrative fashion retail app concept — an omnichannel shopping and membership experience in one app: a shoppable catalogue, tiered membership and points, in-store QR redemption, order tracking and stock lookup across stores. It is a sample case study Namtech built to show how we would approach Fashion & Retail, not a delivered client project.

What did Namtech build for Attirely?

As a concept, Namtech shaped the product and designed the native iOS and Android experience end to end: the shoppable catalogue, membership and points with tiers, in-store QR redemption, order tracking, stock lookup across stores, and the profile and wallet — unified by a single design system.

How does one points balance work across store and online?

Membership sits on one account, so points, tiers and rewards are the same balance whether a shopper buys in a physical store or in the app. In-store QR redemption lets them cash in points and member prices at the till while the balance stays in step with online — never split across channels.
