Apps that survive the lunch rush.

Namtech builds ordering, loyalty, table-booking and multi-outlet apps for F&B brands — designed for the pace of service, where every tap happens standing in a queue and every minute of downtime is revenue walking out the door.

What we build

The whole service, one system.

Six things an F&B app has to get right — ordering, loyalty, bookings, kitchen operations, multi-outlet control and delivery — built to work together instead of as six disconnected tools.

01

Ordering & pre-order

Ahead-of-queue ordering, payment and pickup slots — built for customers who order standing up, in a hurry.

02

Loyalty & membership

Points, tiers and rewards that replace the paper stamp card — and give you first-party data on repeat customers.

03

Table booking & waitlist

Reservations, deposits and live waitlists that stop no-shows from eating your Friday night.

04

Kitchen & staff operations

Order screens, prep queues and staff-facing tablets that keep the back of house in sync with the front.

05

Multi-outlet management

One dashboard for menus, pricing and campaigns across every outlet — integrated with your POS.

06

Delivery integration

Your own delivery flow or third-party platforms — reconciled into one view of the day’s numbers.

Who we build for

Every format runs at a different pace.

QSR & fast casual

Speed-first ordering where queue time is the whole battle.

Full-service restaurants

Reservations, deposits and table management that protect covers.

Cafés & bakeries

Pre-order pickup and loyalty that turn regulars into members.

Cloud kitchens

Multi-brand ordering and delivery routing from one back end.

Multi-outlet chains

Central menus, pricing and campaigns across every location.

Bars & nightlife

Tab management, table service and event bookings after dark.

Why F&B is different

F&B apps live or die at peak load. A checkout that takes four taps instead of two costs you the queue; an app that stumbles when the network does costs you the lunch service. We design for the rush first — fast ordering flows, resilient payments, and staff screens that keep working when the wifi doesn't.

What fits your build

Match your outlet to a starting point.

These are honest starting points, not teaser rates — every project gets a fixed quote after one scoping call.

FAQ

Asked by every F&B team.

How much does an F&B app cost?

At Namtech, an F&B app with ordering, payments and loyalty is typically a Business build — from SGD 38,000, with a fixed quote after one scoping call. A focused single-outlet MVP can start from SGD 20,000, and a franchise-scale platform from SGD 90,000.

Can customers order and pay inside the app?

Yes. We build ahead-of-queue ordering with in-app payment and pickup or delivery slots, so customers skip the counter queue and you capture the order and the data in one flow.

Can the app integrate with our POS?

Yes — POS integration is scoped up front. We connect menus, orders and payments to your existing POS so staff never juggle two systems during service.

Do you build for a single outlet or a whole chain?

Both. A single outlet usually starts as a Starter build; multi-outlet groups get a Business build with one admin dashboard controlling menus, pricing and campaigns across every location.

Does the app keep working if the internet drops during service?

We design ordering and staff screens to tolerate flaky connectivity — queuing actions and syncing when the network returns — because in F&B the wifi always fails at the worst possible moment.

How long does an F&B app take to build?

Most F&B ordering and loyalty apps ship in 12–20 weeks, including QA on real devices and App Store & Google Play submission. Timeline is confirmed in the proposal.

Feeding people is hard enough. The app shouldn't be.
