1. Who we are

namtech.sg is operated by Namtech Pte Ltd (UEN 202531215N), registered at 9 Raffles Place, #29-05, Republic Plaza, Singapore 048619 ("Namtech", "we"). For any privacy matter, contact john@namtech.com.sg.

2. What we collect

Contact form: name, company, email, project description, app type, budget range, timeline and IP address, to respond to your enquiry.
Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 (only after you accept via the cookie banner), used for aggregated, pseudonymous usage statistics to improve the site.

3. Purpose & processing

Form data is used solely to respond to and discuss your enquiry. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run this website: Google Cloud (hosting), Brevo (delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email) and Google Analytics (only with your consent).

4. Your rights (Singapore PDPA)

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore), you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw your consent (after which we will stop using it and delete it where we have no legal or business reason to keep it). Contact: john@namtech.com.sg.

5. Retention

Enquiries are not stored in a database on this website. They are delivered by email to our inbox and kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement.

6. Transfers outside Singapore

Our service providers, including Brevo and Google, may process personal data outside Singapore. We rely on these providers' contractual safeguards for the protection of that data.

7. Cookies and consent

On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Your choice ("accepted" or "declined") is saved in your browser's local storage under the key nt-consent; it is not sent to us. Google Analytics loads only if you choose Accept. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser settings; the banner will then appear again on your next visit.

8. Contact

For privacy requests, including access, correction or withdrawal of consent, email john@namtech.com.sg.
